For one cup

1. Put about 5 g of tea in a teapot.
2. Add 200 to 250 ml of water at about 80°C.
3. Let steep for 25 seconds.
4. Pour out the entire infusion.

Adjust the amount of tea, the temperature, and the steeping time to taste and for subsequent infusions.

Store away from light, heat and humidity.
Close tightly after each use.
Once opened, consume preferably quickly.
